Future Finance Poland is developing the concept of a Financial Planner for mObywatel, Poland’s digital public-services application. The first workshop translated the initial vision into a user proposition, customer journeys and early screen designs.
The initiative explores how a digital tool could help people plan spending, save and work towards financial goals. The design work brings together expertise from across the financial sector, with Visa serving as the principal knowledge partner, Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki (COI) leading the design and integration process with mObywatel, and DLK Legal acting as the regulatory partner supporting the project on legal matters.
The workshop focused on how people would use the proposed service: what value it should provide, how users would move through it and how those needs could be reflected in the interface. This work provides a foundation for developing the concept further.
The project is at the design stage. Its connection with mObywatel places the discussion within the broader development of digital public services and the role that financial-sector expertise can play in making them useful to citizens.
