Regulatory Dialogue For Financial Market Competitiveness

We work to support the development of the Polish financial center by influencing the regulatory environment and evolving the regulatory framework of the financial market in Poland through:

  • Establishing mechanisms for efficient and qualitative consultation on regulations that are important to financial market participants, at both national and European levels.
  • Building a knowledge base of best market practices from around the globe through regulatory benchmarking.
  • Addressing existing regulatory barriers in collaboration with financial market participants, supervisors and regulators.

To achieve the above, the Regulatory Competitiveness Council has been established to bring together the expertise of the Project’s business partners and regulatory experts.
