Regulatory dialogue For Financial Market Competitiveness

We work to support the development of the Polish financial center by influencing the regulatory environment and evolving the regulatory framework of the financial market in Poland through:

  • Establishing mechanisms for efficient and qualitative consultation on regulations that are important to financial market participants, at both national and European levels.
  • Building a knowledge base of best market practices from around the globe through regulatory benchmarking.
  • Addressing existing regulatory barriers in collaboration with financial market participants, supervisors and regulators.

Regulatory Competitiveness Council

To achieve the above, the Regulatory Competitiveness Council has been established to bring together the expertise of the Project’s business partners and regulatory experts.

Our Regulatory Competitiveness Council is a powerful advisory body dedicated to enhancing the regulatory dialogue. Its mission is to ensure the Polish financial sector remains competitive and to strengthen its reputation as a prime destination for companies providing financial and related professional services on the international stage.

Council Participants:

  • Representatives of Future Finance Poland’s Strategic Partners
  • Market experts representing leading law firms specializing in financial markets
  • Representatives of the academic community
  • Representatives of chambers of commerce uniting financial market participants
