As part of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, we launched a high-level discussion on the future of Open Finance. The Roundtable Discussion: Single Market for Open Finance – Integration and Vision for the EU, held on April 9, 2025, brought together leading experts to explore the opportunities and challenges of Open Finance in the context of the European single market and ongoing regulatory developments.

The dialogue, convened among top-tier professionals and thought leaders in the field, focused on several strategic areas:

  • Business Opportunities and Challenges in the Context of FIDA
  • Data Points – Standardization and Harmonization of Financial Data
  • Market Participants’ Approaches to Implementation – Sectoral, National, Regional, or Pan-European?
  • Key Technological Barriers and Enablers in Open Finance
