On 29 July 2025, the Data & AI Specialization of Future Finance Poland launched its new series with a deep dive into the emerging role of AI agents in the financial sector. Guided by experts from Accenture, participants explored:
- The concept of agency in the context of generative AI.
- The definition of an AI agent and its key characteristics.
- The potential impact of agency on processes within financial institutions.
The session revealed how AI agents could redefine automation, accountability, and customer interaction in finance — and highlighted the need for industry-wide standards.
The journey continues on 11 August 2025 at our partner’s headquarters. This hands-on workshop will feature:
- Group exercises to identify practical use cases.
- Collaborative development of customer service standards for AI agents.
- Open discussion on secure and effective data exchange between superagents.
The outcomes will feed into a broader framework for implementing AI agents in the Polish financial ecosystem.
The conversation continues on 11 August at our partner’s headquarters, where we will move from theory to practice through group exercises, co-creating customer service standards for AI agents, and debating data exchange between superagents. We will continue the topic of AI agents in September — stay tuned! If you’d like to join, reach out at kmultan@futurefinancepoland.com.
