On April 17, we officially launched the Digital Identity Specialization – a new initiative by Future Finance Poland and FinTech Poland that brings together financial institutions, tech providers, regulators, and legal experts to co-create the future of identity in the digital era.
The kick-off event gathered key public and private stakeholders, including representatives from the Ministry of Digital Affairs, COI, Mastercard, Visa, Identonic, Obserwatorium.biz, and Schoenherr Attorneys at Law.
The discussion focused on:
🔹 The impact of eIDAS 2.0 and the European Digital Identity Framework,
🔹 Readiness of the financial sector for the European Identity Wallet,
🔹 Opportunities for digital services built on mObywatel,
🔹 Models of public-private cooperation.
