Data & AI specialization supports the efficient use of artificial intelligence, data, and advanced analytics to develop and enhance products, services, and processes in the financial sector.

Scope of work:

Defining directions and development strategies:

  • Benchmarking innovation and competitiveness against leading markets and financial centers in terms of technology utilization, existing practices, and standards.
  • Identifying and analyzing trends, factors, leading technologies, and perspectives on changes in the Data & AI field.
  • Collaborating with local and international experts to identify opportunities and threats, and to determine actions to address them.

Supporting development activities:

  • Creating and participating in initiatives that enable a qualitative leap in service standards and significantly enhance the attractiveness of the Polish financial sector.
  • Collaborating with educational and scientific institutions regarding the education system, technology development support, and cooperation with the commercial market.
  • Consulting on emerging regulations and changes to existing ones through the central regulatory dialogue function, with the support of regulatory experts from the market.

Collaboration with the Ecosystem:

  • Participating in promoting FFP activities, including engaging in local and international events.
  • Collaborating with other specializations within FFP in terms of expert knowledge and the implementation of joint initiatives.
  • Co-developing materials and publications within FFP aimed both internally and at the market.
