During the FinCrime specialization meeting held on October 10, in-depth discussions focused on two initiatives: “Defining a data catalog for exchange between obligated institutions” and “FinCrime Report for the financial sector”.
The first initiative focused on the framework needed to improve data-sharing practices among financial institutions. We defined the objectives of the initiative and developed a detailed plan for the next steps. We have also started consultations aimed at determining the scope of data that should be exchanged depending on the needs of the obligated institutions.
For the second initiative, we proposed a timeline, discussed the Report objectives and the proposed scope of work. Participants recommended additional areas for consideration, and we discussed the preliminary division of tasks.
We thank all participants for their engagement and insights. See you at the next meetings!
