Warsaw Finance Week is coming up in November, and we are starting preparations with the support from Mastercard, the strategic partner of the event, as well as and the central partner and the leader of Digital Payments specialization within Future Finance Poland.
Mastercard has been actively involved for years in the development of Polish financial sector in Poland and has been with us since the inception of the FFP initiative, under which we established Warsaw Finance Week and the Future Finance Summit. We are grateful for your continuous support.
During Warsaw Finance Week, you will have the opportunity to learn about Mastercard’s perspective on the digital payments sector through expert presentations and a panel discussion. We will discuss, among others, the priorities of the Polish presidency in the context of digital finance – an area that is one of the most crucial for the development of the European financial sector and for strengthening Poland’s position as a modern financial center. We will also analyze the ongoing digitalization of the payments market, the latest trends, and their impact on modernizing national economies, improving efficiency, and increasing the availability of financial services.
“As part of Mastercard’s participation in the FFP initiative, we initially focused on the area closest to us, by launching the Digital Payments specialization and the associated working groups to further develop payments in Poland. In the next step, we will launch the Digital Identity specialization, aimed at improving the efficiency, security, and innovation of eID solutions in our country. We will share more about both specializations soon at Warsaw Finance Week,” said Marta Życińska, General Manager of Mastercard Poland.
